On February 8, 2014 the Other Side of the River Gallery was opened to the public.

A book signing was held that weekend to launch the first of three pictorial history books about Blacksburg and neighboring communities.

The gallery and book were made possible by people willing to grant interviews and permit copies of pictures to be made.

The gallery is located at 111 North Shelby Street in downtown Blacksburg. It is open on select Sunday’s, normally posted on the home page. If you are unable to visit on a Sunday, we will be glad to schedule an appointment so you can visit us!
